Attendance and performance-recap system for 13 village officials (Laravel REST API + Next.js PWA).
- Designed the PostgreSQL 16 schema and built the Laravel 12 REST API, with Sanctum token authentication and role-based access for admins, staff, and village leaders.
- Enforced attendance rules on the server: accuracy-aware geofence checks, scores based on server time, and a unique (user, date) constraint that blocks double check-ins under concurrent requests.
- Built leave approvals, daily work reports, and monthly PDF/Excel recaps sealed once signed, with an audit log of corrections.
- Deployed the API and static frontend on one domain behind Nginx on a VPS (2 vCPUs, 4 GB RAM), with a GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline, database-backed queues, and scheduled jobs.

Attendance system for the village office's 13 staff (Laravel REST API + Flutter app).
- Designed the MySQL schema and the face enrollment and attendance endpoints, replacing manual paper recaps with instant queries for the office's 13 staff.
- Implemented face verification in PHP, using cosine similarity over MobileFaceNet embeddings with weighted scoring across official and registration photos.
- Containerized the stack with a multi-stage Docker build covering PHP-FPM, Nginx with SSL, and MySQL, set up a GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline, and shipped it to the client's server.
- Maintained the system in production through February 2026.
